Great location & atmosphere, friendly service & lovely food. The chunky chips are SO good, as is the battered fish - very fresh, very crispy batter. We'll definitely be coming back again!

We had a very lovely lunch upstairs looking at wild sea with friends. The food was excellent especially the fish finger sandwich and fish n chips the gluten free menu was amazing. Pie was good also. All served by a very attentive waiter Lee was a fair price.

What a place! We’ve just stayed there for 2 nights. Staff are wonderful. Could not do enough for everyone. Food was exceptional. Anything you want they’ll do. Mussels are outstanding by the way! We are definitely going again. Thank you for everything 👏

We come down to Hope Cove once a year with friend. There was 9 of us in total with 5 kids and the team at the pub was amazing and the food is always great. 100% recommend the pub.

My review was based only on restaurant and ambience withing the pub. I have not stayed there so did not think I could comment about the accommodation. Nice pub though and super staff.

It’s so good this is the third week in a row we’ve been here for a Sunday roast! Food is amazing, staff can’t do enough! Jessie always goes above and beyond and Peter has served us every week and makes eating here such a pleasure! We’re hoping Peter gets to host the quiz night this winter…he’d be perfect!! 😊 …
